THE GENERAL LAND OFFICE (the “GLO”) and the GULF COAST PROTECTION DISTRICT (“GCPD”), each a “Party” and collectively “the Parties” to GLO Contract No. 25-025-000-E784 (the “Contract”), desire to amend the Contract.
