The Director of Procurement & Contracts leads GCPD’s procurement function and is responsible for the integrity, compliance, and administration of the District’s solicitation and contracting processes from requisition through contract close-out. This position reports to the Executive Director and operates independently of Program Management to preserve segregation of duties between the divisions that identify service and construction needs and the division that runs solicitation, evaluation, and award processes — a structure consistent with District policy and standard public-sector internal control practice.

GCPD seeks a detail-oriented Funding Requests Specialist to manage the District’s grant drawdown cycle, including preparation and submission of advance funding, reimbursement, and other funding request submissions under its cooperative funding agreements. This position ensures GCPD meets submittal deadlines and complies with applicable grant requirements governing eligible costs, supporting documentation, and reporting. This is a highly deadline-driven role requiring precision, strong organizational discipline, and the judgment to flag documentation or eligibility issues before submission.

GCPD seeks an experienced human resources leader to establish and lead a standalone HR and benefits function, building on the foundational systems, policies, and compensation structures already in place. This position serves as the District’s primary point of contact for recruitment, classification and compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, HR compliance, and personnel policy. This is a foundational leadership role requiring both hands-on HR administration and strategic judgment, in a small-team environment where the Director will build the function largely from the ground up in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team.

GCPD seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Budget, Accounting, and Reporting team. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of GCPD’s vendor invoices, contractor pay applications, and for maintaining the integrity of the District’s vendor profiles. This is a specialized role requiring familiarity with governmental accounts payable practices, internal controls, and grant-funded expenditure eligibility. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple invoices and deadlines in a small, dynamic finance team.
