Funding Requests Specialist

GCPD seeks a detail-oriented Funding Requests Specialist to manage the District’s grant drawdown cycle, including preparation and submission of advance funding, reimbursement, and other funding request submissions under its cooperative funding agreements. GCPD seeks an experienced human resources leader to establish and lead a standalone HR and benefits function, building on the foundational systems, policies, and compensation structures already in place. GCPD seeks an experienced accounting and finance leader to serve as Director of Budget, Accounting & Reporting (BAR). This position leads day-to-day financial operations, serving as the CFO’s principal deputy for budgeting, general accounting, grant and Work-in-Kind (WIK) accounting, procurement compliance, and financial reporting. This role manages and develops the BAR team, ensures accurate and timely accounting for all District funds — including state legislative appropriations administered through the District’s state Funding Partner via Local Cooperation Agreements — and maintains the internal control structure that supports GCPD’s clean audit history.

Accounts Payable Specialist

GCPD seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Budget, Accounting, and Reporting team.
