The Texas General Land Office (the “GLO”) and the Gulf Coast Protection District (the “GCPD”), each a “Party” and collectively “the Parties,” enter into this Interlocal Project Cooperation Agreement (the “Agreement”) pursuant to Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code and House Bill 1 of the 88th Texas Legislature, Regular Session (“HB1”).
